Description

The Expatriate Education Emporium (or E3 for short) is a very open-source tutorage college and a bazaar that buys, sells, and trades education. In addition, there is the smaller “Waif Kinder” for younger students.

Most mainstream and more superlative education usually print and sell their own books, and offer up to 6-year curriculums. The Emporium, however, offers a lot of smaller 1-week curriculums. Most classes have no more than 5 students with usually one tutor. Students complete and receive many smaller certificates which grants them access to more advanced education and exams. This is described as a Tree of Knowledge, starting from leaves and ending with roots.

Most students buy, sell, and trade books at the Book Bazaar (aka the Tome Trade). Because of the lack of a printing press, most books are in short supply. Students prefer to trade books because they cannot trust the return of a borrowed book. Students don’t care how old the books are as long as they can still teach them. There are many students who buy and sell their books in order to complete their small curriculums.

To begin a class, you must ask a tutor for that class. But they normally are ok with that, because although the tutors have the arcane knowledge, they weren't accepted in prestigious, superlative colleges to teach (such as Quistilla Hextome's Academy for Witches). But these tutors still have skills and knowledge in arcane arts, and they need to eat.
