They really do look great. I'd love to use them on my phone. As someone else already said, they're too small for hdpi screens.

Beautiful icons.
It's a shame that most newer devices and most popular devices like the Motorola Droid have a hdpi (high-dpi)-screen, where they need 72x72px icons. 48x48 is for the old ones with mdpi-screens.
On hdpi they get upscaled and so are totally blurry.
