This one is several months old. During the winter my friend wanted to check out any anime I had in my collection. I was worried that she'd find Princess Tutu corny (WHICH IS BLASPHEMY) so I went to Tenchi Muyo. She enjoyed it and there was this one scene in episode 13 that made us go "Awwww." When Washu said she wouldn't create another Ryoko. To us that showed that, despite Washu's sadistic tendencies, she really does see Ryoko as her daughter and not a specimen. So that's why this sketch was born. ^_^ I got refs from Google.
