This abomination of a sculpture was supposed to be Amaterasu from Okami. It's not as good as I was hoping... Her Reflector, Divine Retribution, looks better when it comes to painting, i'm actually proud of the fire. I originally planned to have the Reflector sit directly on her back, but I wanted it to be able to be removed, so I used wires to lift it to "float" above her back.
Spent most of the night sculpting it, then spent all day painting it. I'm still learning, but It's my best one yet. This is the first figure I've made using foil and wires as the skeleton, so she's got more shape and anatomy than some of my older figures.
