Yay for titles that barely make any sense at all!
It was supposed to be Dissoto in a state of mind kinda reverting from his Demon form straight to Tenshi form.
This is actualy what he looks like when it happens. (No, not the pose) His feathers rip out of his wings, ripping the skin off of his demon wings. The spikes on his demon wings disinagrate like dust, same goes for the bones that hold the leathery skin on the demon wings together.
Going straight to Tenshi form from Demon form is a rare chance. I just wanted to draw something like this. lol

This is awesome! You did a wonderful job creating the transition between Tenshi and Demon form for Dissoto. I love the denigrating details and the pieces of flesh falling away from his being is an astonishing touch! I applaud your work! Nicely done!

Uh, all short of things like one of his most famous moves is he has a staff that can transform into a sword and draw red lighting to strike at his foes.

Okay, there's a good one. ^^ Can he shoot energy balls? If so, what color? (He uses an attack on the next page a TWoZ) And what might his staff look like?

Well yes he can shot energy balls and usually all of his attacks are a darkish red like color. And his staff is a lighter reddish color with two spears sticking on the side of it with a eagle necklace like floating in the center.
