Originally, the joke was going to be Squidward meets Henry, since Squidward himself is an octopus but with six tentacles, but then I thought, "Who else is an octopus with one tentacle more than Squidward, but one tentacle less than Henry? That's right, it's Hank!"

So I drew this picture. Squidward is unamused that both Henry and Hank have more tentacles than him, while Hank is pondering what it would be like if they [Squidward and Hank] had the same amount of tentacles as Henry.
