got an owl similar to that (smaller though, its a long-eared owl if i'm correct) which was found dead alongside a road my parents where traveling in their younger days which they had stuffed out. (luckily it seemed to have died of natural causes, which to me is the important thing, shooting an animal to have it stuffed out goes against my nature)
I have a great admiration for owls in particular with their nocturnal hunting skills, their impressive feather coat, not to mention all the myths and legends that exist about them.
