The title does not however work for me with her pose - it does not seem to fit. I would have given it something like Rejected. I get the sense that someone is actually in the bed still.

Man what a cool photo! The model is beautiful. Really. The lines on the sheet and pillow pull your eyes left. But, I end up looking at the end of her toes. Kick-ass stuff mister. Wonderful!

A simple design with good colors. One caveat: in a design like this, every detail matters. I suggest that the bright-red fingernail color does not fit with the rest of the composition. The model is presented well (good skin tone) and her hair, though not prominently displayed, is an especially important element in this.
