Description
This is the Shiny Koffing that I drew for myself and chuggaaconroy. I once encountered a Shiny Koffing while trying to realize why my memory sucks when trying to catch Suicune (which I did). But after watching one of Chuggaaconroy's let's play of Pokemon Crystal, his lucky encounter with shiny Koffing and having it on his team (which is a Weezing), I decided to draw one.Note: My encounter with Shiny Koffing was on Heart Gold (assuming I have Heart Gold and Soul Silver).

i found a shiny once...a shiny tentacool, and being the dumbass 6 year old i was, i restarted the game because i thought it was a glitch...after learning that shinnies were rare...well...id rather not say O_o
