You've done an amazing job! I've been staring at her gorgeous face for days, several minutes each time, and every time I seem to discover numerous more details I love. The lips are masterfully done, so much so that I really want to kiss them every time I focus on them, the game of light on her feature, especially on the nose, is so good that I want to touch her; she's that plastic! The eyes (irises) are a bit too light for that position, but otherwise perfect. I would make the irises a bit darker to get an even more realistic effect. Finally, the wild hair and the strong black eyebrows are pure art. Apart from the eyes, there's only one thing I would change about her face. I think that inclined line that demarcates light and dark close to her ear is way too strong. If it's just a shadow, it should be more diffuse. Otherwise it looks like bad make-up.
What I don't like so much is that you have invested so little time working on her breasts. Maybe that's what you wanted. Her presence and her face are so intense that the breasts become a detail nobody cares about. However, you could at least put in some shadows to show the form of each breast, even if you decide to leave the nipple out. The way it is know, it simply looks unfinished. Your choice, but it's too much of a realism discrepancy considering the perfection of her face.
Finally, as a glove lover, I simply can't but love the red glove cuffs. The glimpse of them causes a nearly-orgasmic vertigo.

So colorful, yet the eyes of the character seem so sad and empty.
