I present the very punk-rock Anarchy

Anarchy
Real Name – Nicole Benton
Age – 22 Height – 5'8'' Hair – Dirty Blonde Eyes – Blue
Soundtrack - Anarchy in the UK - The Sex Pistols (obviously)
The British born Nicole Benton is a natural born troublemaker. Taking on the name "Anarchy", because that is her only goal, she has the power to project an aura of hate and hostility. Anyone caught in it temporarily loses reason and becomes violent and destuctive, causing crowds to riot and even the best of friends to fight among themselves.
While she has no special combat abilities or enhanced physical traits, she's a formidable brawler, and fights dirty. She'll go for the low blow, or stick a broken bottle in your face just for the LOLs. She particularly loves to give people a good old Chelsea Smile (you may need to look that one up...but it's very nasty.)

Anarchy has a connection with a few of Maltorramus' heroes and heroines.
It was Detective Edda Bauer who first encountered her when the Police department were trying to deal with a mysterious outbreak of rioting and vandalism. Switching to her superheroine identity of Impact Star, she soon discovered Anarchy was the cause, and the heroine defeated the troublemaker and put her behind bars. Her stay was a short one, however, escaping under the cover of a prison riot that she caused. Since then she has considered Impact Star her arch enemy.
Anarchy also feels a strong connection to the superheroine Blaze, but not as an adversary. With Blaze's punk-rock vibe, and ability to set stuff on fire, Anarchy believes she sees a soulmate in Blaze. She is determined to sway Blaze to her side of the tracks.
Lastly, she thinks that superhero Multitude is a hunky beefcake, and she can't think of a better middle finger to the establishment than screwing him on the roof of a demolished Police car for everyone to see. Watch it Multitude. It's going to happen!
