It's 's Birthday today, so here's their superheroine, Stormy Heart.Stormy Heart previously appeared here in Stormy Heart to the Rescue , one of my most popular images from last year, but she was only part of a larger scene, so I thought this was a good opportunity to focus solely on her.

Ooh, that's anotehr great use of background. The perspective makes the whole thing more 3D and there's something nice about the streetlight reflections in the wet road.
And she's come out well, I like a good red and black colour scheme. Nice cape folds and hair details as usual

Glad you like the background. I added more blur towards the distance, to enhance the perspective, and even had a go at trying to put a bit of her reflection in the wet road.
Yeah, her colour scheme certainly caught my eye too, and I always enjoy drawing those cape folds
