I would like to provide you with a tiny bit of constructive criticism.
Overall, the art is great! But one small thing, one itty bitty little thing that can be changed to make this better, is the ear. It has a nice shape, but it is slightly too high on the side of his head. Typically, the top of the ear is aligned with the eyes, while the bottom of the ear is aligned with the bottom of the nose. So all you'd have to do is lower the ear a bit and the sketch will look much better anatomy wise.
Otherwise, this is a really nice sketch.
