Rocko accidentally threw out too much garbage due to Hef''s incessant eating and Carl the garbage man is pissed off because he has to pick it all up. Rocko ran and decided to hide in Hef's mouth but as soon as Carl slammed the door open, Heff rats Rocko out! What a friend!Poor Rocko with his endless badluck.
Sketched in pencil then transferred into photo shop for duh colours.

lol, very good coloring and very accurate as far as the likeness is concerned. This picture immediately reminded me of two things:
The episode where Heffer chokes at chokey chicken and rocko has to go in and take out the chicken ribcage thing..
and of course that lovely Rocko quote:
