i seriously sat for 3hrs and did nothing but cut....and looking at the detail ive put into making this,just made me take the picture...i cut so much that my index finger actually got a damn blister..idk how many local stencil artists can say that.Related content

I have a thick callus on the tip of my index finger. No more blisters for me

yeah dude, i cut for like 7-8 hours at a time sometimes on larger pieces. Blisters are a bitch. I wrap my fingers in tape now or bandaids if i can find them. It helps a little bit.

For large pieces like that, I've taken to using a dremel to cut out the larger, simpler areas, and then do the fancy detail with a razor blade.
Started using the dremel because I was getting blisters

Hahahah XD well keeping my sanity is what's safest for everyone. And I know what you mean cuz I seen your work and I haven't gotten to do things that large but always wanted to...any tips?

Just one of pretty general nature; take your time and do what you feel you need to do even if it feels slightly mad occasionally.
Creating excellent stuff sometimes takes ages and temporarily melts your brain in the process. It's something I've come to accept but I still do lose my patience with my work quite often.
