same as on my checkerboard patterns... i only use much patience and concentration
i'll remember the idea to paint seals with micron pen... sounds really good.

the bone colors where actually pretty easy... i dont know if your familiar with gamesworkshop paints but the paints used where dheneb stone, washed with devlan mud, then highlighted with bleached bone.

I did paint Warhammer, a bit of 40k and a bit of fantasy. I have only recently started painting again so I'm just dialling my skills back in a bit

and i wouldnt say better... i just used slightly brighter colors which defines some area's a little better, but yours is also very well painted and your highlights are much better then mine
