I mean, sure you can use these symbols. Just so you know, a lot of people have asked to use my symbols in their own works. I mean, if you want me to make you a custom symbol or two just for you, we can come to some sort of arrangement.

this is my design but i'm thinking changing it

and a set of ancient symbols for a destroyed civilization with technologies that pose a major threat to the world if they fall into the wrong hands

Hard to say. If I were to take on your logo, I'm assuming it'd be for a simplified version of the gold and cyan heraldry you have on it.
As for the set of ancient symbols, I'm thinking they need a sort of theme or 'font', so to speak, that unifies them in a way that illustrates them in the same type event though they are different - as if they MIGHT be a sort of pictorial alphabet.Β
