What camera and lens do you use? For me, my long lens will have trouble focusing if I am too close the subject. It can be a bit wishy washy on where it wants me to stand because sometimes I can be closer than other times!

canon t5, I have 18-55, 55-250, and 50 1.8

For most of my shots, I use a 75-300 lens, but I have used 18-55 for a lot of my head shots. I also have a T5! c:
I would love to see some shots if you upload them! The final product also has something to do with how you edit it as well. Some people choose not to edit at all, but I do. I always sharpen the image and do color changes, and retouches.
