Raphael is an awesome character, and you have put his laid-back personality in the happy look of his eyes and the way he leans back and tilts his head. You drew his expression well.
Here I noticed that even on the feathers your lines and shading are heavier than they were on other drawings. That shows the dark colour of his plumage. The shading is finely handled as well as the lighting on his large beak. Raphael doesn't seem to get enough attention in fan art, and I appreciate this beautiful drawing of this character.^^
