Wow! What an amazing shot! It's incredible the timing in which this was taken, and the clarity is great considering the movement! And from a beautiful angle, this is a really good stock photo! I might use it as a reference for a drawing if I ever feel the urge to draw something avian.

This is such an awesome capture of this Kestrel, he is absolutely beautiful.
I will admit the lady's arm along the left of the picture and the van and houses along the right are pretty distracting, personally I think if those things weren't in the shot it would make this picture even more amazing.
Regardless of that though, your capture of this bird is great.
