Wow that's a gorgeous drawing !
I'm not going to talk about the good points of the drawing that much, I'll focus more on what could be improved, so please don't feel offended, I still like the artwork <3

The vision is really nice, the blurred background really makes the character pop up and gives that good perspective effect. The only thing I may have to say is that there isn't enough snowflakes on the foreground, it looks like it's only snowing behind her ! Of course, I'm not telling you to drown her into snowflakes, but some more on the foreground would give a better effect, especially considering it's snowing A LOT in the background.

The originality is okay, it's a bit generic, but at least it's not a scene that everyone draws over and over again.

The technique isn't that good rated, not because there are major problems (or else I would have given you much less stars !) but because it lacks some details that could really make a difference.

First, the anatomy is a bit odd, cats don't have that much space between their front paws, and don't have such a thin belly, what you drew here looks more like a dog's body than a cat's. Cats tend to have a smaller rib cage and a more even belly ; when you look at it from the side, it should look pretty parallel to the spine (if the cat is thin/normal weighted, of course it'll be round if it's fat). I get that it may be your artsyle, but keep it in mind if you want to draw more solid looking cats !

Then the other thing I could complain about is the shading : it's pretty good and
logical, we can see where the light is coming from, but it also looks a bit simple. With the good background, it could need a bit more work and lighting effects, I think.

Finally, the impact : I really like how you give that wind effect with just a few snowflakes and the flowing fur. It makes it look alive, I can perfectly imagine it moving. The only little thing is that Bluestar is grey, on a grey background, so from far away it kinda all blurs together. Of course, that's not your fault, and you did your best to emphasize her !

I think overall it's a good drawing, but think about what I pointed out, it could help you improve and do even better !

Vision- The vision was excellent! I love who you put the main focus on BlueStar and you can easily tell what season it is. You can also tell that the snow is all around with the few snow drops in the foreground. You can tell that the setting is a forest with the bare trees in the background.

Originality- I’ve seen many BlueStar drawings but usually they’re of the drowning of her or other major parts I don’t usually see a normal picture of her in the winter.

Technique- This technique is amazing! It’s amazing on how it’s shaded and the perspective is perfect! Their is wonderful texture and a lot of technique!

Impact- I love this drawing it seems to move even though BlueStar is standing still!
