Here is Ishtar from Fate/Grand Order, transformed and enlarged as a big inflatable balloon and her clothes and facial features are now flattened and printed as some design except for her crown. Not to mention that her appearance right now looks fat and obese with her big belly and has a big stupid grin stuck on her face.

Though her consciousness remains, she is unable to move her body now that she has turned into a balloon and being held by two strings tied to her arms. She is probably feeling angry at the person who tricked her into going into this rather embarrassing transformation.
