It's actually something I'm still struggling with a lot in some pieces when I translate them to digital, or ink them-- Its hard to keep the energy of a sketch in the finished work I find!

Oh yeah, fully agree about that. For me it almost feels like I have to overdo the motion in sketches just so some of it is translated over when it's digitally inked lol.

yeah yeah! I use two different pencils just to achieve that!
