I love this sketch!I wanted to have her foaming at the mouth but that wouldn't have looked right with the muzzle on.
Anyway, Alice is an escapee from an insane Asylum, hence the straight jacket and the muzzle here.
Lets see... a tiny bit of background, not much though...
The two scars on her nose (seen in the first pic) are from her shrink. During a therapy session she attacked him with a knife and he was forced to bash her in the face with his clip board... The scars on her arms are self inflected ^.^ more info about that later
