Description
Skunk Ape is testing out his latest weapon known as the Laughing Gas Skink Bomb. Using his own pungent stench combined with a powerful laughing gas, he plans to hold the city at ransom. If his demand are not met, the gas will be unleashed on the city. People will be completely incapacitated from the smell, but unable to hold their breath due to their uncontrollable laughter. In order to make sure he has the right mix of laughing gas and stink, Skunk Ape is currently testing it out on an unlucky guy who tried double crossing him on a recent deal. Even with the laughing gas causing the guy's helpless laughter, Skunk Ape's fiendish fingers just had to join in and really get the guy laughing.
