I really like how the lightning light her up! I think her hair is very plain and boring though. Also, the fire emblem in the background, while I understand while its there, just doesnt seem to go with the rest of the piece.

I'v put a blurry blue under all, a less blury lighter blue in the middle and a thin non-blurry at all white line.
