the charecters are spot on
just cells tail is not really that long but hell it has to in order for 18 to be rapped in it. good tho i just never liked thos charecters just like the fighting in the show

Well, there weren't any decent references of Cell, so I had to guess how long the tail was. I doubt I'd like the fighting happening in the anime. It doesn't seem to be... what I like.
