I'm not sure if you've heard of Minimates but if not, they're collectable block minifigures and last year DST - the company who produces them - obtained the MvC3 license. Sadly the licence ONLY covered MvC3; 1, 2 and Ultimate were off the table and thus they only produced characters from that game. As great as the waves were, I was gutted by the lack of Captain Commando and Strider.
Hey ho; maybe CapCom will re-appear some day.

Yeah, that's really cool(even if I'm no big collector of miniatures, only got a few small ones). I'm not as big fan of the MvsC3 as the older game-characters though. Captain Commando, Hayato, Jin Saotome or Shadow Lady would had been more of a sure buy.

My thoughts exactly. I did prefer the roster for UMVC3 due to the inclusions of rank West, Strider, Rocket Racoon and Nova (the last two stared in two of my favourite Z-List comics from around 2008 - 2010). It's a shame the licence was limited.

I agree!, and the more the merrier! Haven't played the game myself (Yet!!!) but, Frank West huh, he was realy weird in Tatsunoku vs Capcom so I don't know about him.. :S I kinda like that Iron Fist made it. I always thought he looked so cool when I was a kid.

They changed his play style for Ult; now you have to "level him up" which you do by landing x hits in a combo then taking a photo. To get him to his max - 5 - you have to land a total of (I think it's) 100 hits. Crossover attacks count so long as Frank takes a photo. I've yet to master it myself so I tend to avoid him in favour of Zero, Strider or Pheonix Wright (who also has a "level up" style play-style).
If you like/are interested in Iron Fist, check out "The Immortal Iron Fist". It was a pretty good run that sadly ended after about 30-issues.

Cool, I need something new to read, and the Import of Immortal Iron Fist Collection vol.1 will be released here on Christmas Eve. I'll make sure I get my hands on it.
