Yeah, I knew that. And Atlus was bought by Index before getting bought by Sega, though I don't know what does Index do other than making the To Aru Majutsu no Index and To Aru Kagaku no Railgun mangas(Bandai and a few others handle the anime and the games).

Oh, speaking about what characters to add, why not Lloyd Irving + Colette Brunel, Zelos Wilder, Kanonno Earhart, Strider Hiryu, Leon S. Kennedy, Ada Wong, and some others from the Shining series.

It's actually larger than the main cast.Tyrant, Q-Bee,and Red Amere (Firebrand)are just normal enemies in the game. Extremely pain in the ass ones to beat, but they make no real plot impact.
