Make sure you have Rainmeter 2.2 or higher installed, then just double click the Setup.rmskin file, the extraction might take a minute or two, after that you'll be guided by the Intro.

In a way it is sad that I greatly prefer Omnimo over Windows 8... However it should be obvious to everyone who tries it why Omnimo is just plain better. Far more customizable, more information, better widgets, better looking, better desktop program integration, you name it.
Windows 8 Metro feels more like a skin/overlay than a rainmeter skin does
All I can say is, Microsoft should've put you guys in charge for interface design, and I hope you make release for Windows 8 aswell!

I actually dont want to, but all I do was this: I wanted to put my screen deviant denied, it said it has to have a download link and has to be a rar, so I put the screen on the rar. but after that some people commented on my screen that the file is a malware and people should keep back. so I thought I had to put a rmskin and because they thought my png included rar has to be a rmskin file. I dont understand what I did wrong?

I set it to Bandung [IDXX0007] but in weather hubs it always point to Cirebon/Jatiwangi [IDXX0017]...

I had just upgraded from 4.1 to 5.
I have, not like hundred of thousand million people, I know, the AutoIT ERROR
"Array variable has incorrect number of subscripts or subscript dimension range exceeded"
when toggling icons with the rainmeter tray icon left click. Even with one of the out-of-the-box skin.
I've backup my WP7 folder, and now it's ok.
So I keep the new WP7 folder for later, when I have the motivation to pick all my skins into it.

I'm having a problem with 5.0
I can't configure ANY add-on
Every time I click the wrench icon, NOTHING happens! (really, nothing)
I updated omnimo from 4.0 to 5.0. I was using rainmeter 2.2, so I decided that maybe if I upgraded it to 2.3b the problem would solve, but nope... Still nothing happens.
HELP PLEASE!!

This is really weird. The addon panels have the exact same commands as the panels in omnimo 5.0. Where did you download the full pack from? Because obviously the old full pack won't work, you need the one compatible with omnimo 5: [link]

LOL I can't believe this!
I just erased W7 folder and installed omnimo 5.0 from zero... didn't work...
Then I uninstalled rainmeter 2.3b and went back to 2.2, then installed omnimo and the add-ons again... and I'm still having the same problem!
The worse part... the backup I made seems to be... glitchy.
Is there anything I can do to help you solve this? Maybe I'm not the only one with this problem...

I installed omnimo in my friend's laptop (Windows 7 Starter 32b, same antivirus, firewall and rainmeter/omnimo version) and she's having no problem so far...

And I don't believe there's a problem with the add-ons, but with omnimo itself,(But, who am I to tell?)because the add-ons that came with 5.0 won't do anything either.
I'm going to eliminate 5.0 (everything) and start all over again, I'll share my results.

All weather skin has a bug that display '?' or '"?'after the temperature. (ex: 15? or 15"?)
Some skins (weatherBig2.ini and HTC weather skin) even have other bug that display 'UNIT#' after the temperature. (ex: 15?UNIT#)

RSS Feed has a bug - it doesn't display diacritics in various languages, instead it displays "cirilica", you know, the lithuanian or russian letters. Another bug - the "now playing" text item doesn't show albumart - I'm using Foobar2000. But all in all, Omnimo 5 is great. I've been waiting for this for a long time. Big thanks to you and Xyrfo for this, you're great guys.

You can fix that by pressing +, then settings. And in RSS decoding, click the help icon to find the correct encoding for you, after that enter it in the field. That should make RSS items pick up various special characters. For some reason UTF8 doesn't work at all...

No idea if it has been asked before... can´t find it. How can I make Omnimo Windows 8 Theme fullscreen and then switch with "show/hide"-addon? As of now the taskbar is showing. I can make it Autohide but I want it to be overlapped until I choose to switch... possible?

Well, you can extend the background so it covers the taskbar. But I don't recommend. Why would you want to get rid of the taskbar? Without it windows is useless, just like Win8. You can always set taskbar to autohide..

Well... I actually use Windows 8 Customer Preview and trying to get use to it, even in Windows 7...
As of now I have the taskbar set to autohide but I would really like to know how to set Background to cover the taskbar. Together with a modded version of Rainmeter Toggle I get the effect I want.
Can you tell me how to set the background to cover the taskbar, please?

Font is Segoe WP in most places now. You can change the font from the style gallery, even to Comic Sans
