Description
This is a simple Windows "Seven" style launcher. (DesktopX)(It doesn't spin)

I added a Windows Vista compatibility, because, I see the Seven Dock in a spanish forum,
but, did not work in my Windows Vista Ultimate...
I don't changed any element, only I added a Vista compatibility.

Would be cool when the Dock can be more customizeable, e.g. changing the Scaling , changeing the Actions behind the buttons.

Looks like problem in your system, it cannot accept standalone deskopX objects for some reason, sorry I can't help.

Side note, you could easily create this in flash and make it do as one user said, "spin". <3

This ties in with an idea I was working on years ago... A seed that when clicked, produces many branches stickout outword. each leaf having its own ecosystem of user scripts and or webpages. each leaf producing more seeds and dropping them around, being more seeds to click and exlpore. The main seed though, is shielded and carefully moulded by the user for a consistant and solid environment.

You know what would make the icons better on ElemntOS over Win or Mac? The option to place them on your desktop without words and modify them *size etc... right there AND embed them so that if you wanted to "click" each individual one in Animate of course like you said--Also the embedded feature would allow you to create your own collage of whatever the F..
