That's a really cool dragon there. I like the amount of detail you put in it and I love his posture. Its like he's a very proud looking dragon.

The art style comes together quite nicely and makes for a very interesting art piece. Though there are many things I like here ranging from the perfect anatomy to the way you designed and stylized the characters as well as the posing and facial expressions. All of which are essential for capturing the attention of the audience and you did that quite nicely.
The shading you implemented here works in conjunction and I really like seeing just how much attention to detail you put with the lighting here.
