It does look a little weird I agree, but I only added a very small amount of muscle to her... particularly her right leg... it's just the way she is standing that make it look strange

My idea with these type of pictures is to take an original photo, add a little more muscles and kinda follow the original shades n shadows with paint. They seem to be popular too

I still don't really know how to do that. Do you need Photoshop or just MSPaint?

I use PaintShop Pro which is similar to Photoshop, but I guess you could use MSPaint. It would be a little more difficult coz you aint got the advantage of layers with MSPaint. Hehe, I must find a suitable picture and have a go
