Tiffany Aching is a witch who appears in 3 books by Sir Terry Pratchett... "Wee Free Men", "WinterSmith" and "I shall wear Midnight". She mostly wears a green dress, not the usual black. She obviously rides a broomstick on occasions and the frying pan is what she used to beat the crap out of a particularly difficult fairy queen
