Quirk Name: Liquid Dominion
Ivar has authority and control over the ocean, where sea monsters and even prisoners stay. Ivar can control the sea and storms as he sees fit.
- Can absorb moisture in all its forms from the atmosphere, bodies of living creatures, while removing it from the source, into his body and use it in various ways, gaining some form of advantage, either by enhancing themselves, gaining the drained power, using it as a power source, etc., either temporarily or permanently
- Can release and surround himself in/with liquid for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities/attacks. The aura may also give the user enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength, and durability.
- Ivar can morph his body into a liquid state made up of or can transform his body completely into liquid substances. His transformed form is anatomically identical to their normal form
- Ivar can survive and adapt to underwater environments, being able to breathe water in lieu of, or along with, a gaseous breathing medium, to swim well and to endure high water pressure and extreme water temperatures. He can use his senses to perceive normally regardless of the distortion/pressure of the water, possibly including ignoring various impurities that would otherwise reduce the visibility.
- Able to create beings of water or shape existing water into wanted shapes and purposes. Ivar can grant the beings varying levels of independence and existence and delete the creature once they are done with them.
- Can negate any liquid/liquid currents and any liquid - using attacks ignoring their effects.
- Shapeshift
- Can create a liquid dome from the size of an ant to a football field and even beyond that depending on his liquid absorption.
- Can use the elements to regenerate his body, with the amount of said element used defining the speed of healing
- Can manipulate his size, from tiny to absolutely gigantic while retaining their physical proportions, able to alter their density. Usually, strength and durability are proportional to the size assumed, but Ivar will gain increased abilities when growing or keep his normal ones when shrinking.
- Resistant to low and high temperatures.
- Will automatically reform upon the destruction of the body, completely restoring Ivars body to its former state and reconstructing every piece of his body that was out of place.
- Cause oneself/subjects/objects to sink in the water or (if the target is in the air) fall to the ground unassisted. allowing the user to carelessly sink in air or water and prevent their bodies from floating above the ground below. Ivar can cause self or others to sink through the ground.
- Can stand, walk, run, slide and dash on the surface of any liquid by literally defying the surface tension and can move across the surface of all liquids as easily as they would be able to move on land.

Bio:
Ivar was born in Kattegat Norway and was raised there till the age of 8.
His Quirk showed up at the age of 3.
He moved to Musutafu, Japan because of his parent's job as Hero costumes designers and Ivar wanting to see his cousin, sparring partner, and childhood best friend Tyson Wolfe.
Ivar hasn't seen him since they were 6 but they call and face time a couple of times a week. Their conversation topics vary from family life, quirk updates, Hero news, and just a bunch of trash talking. The last time they talked was the day before Ivar's family was supposed to move to Japan.
As soon as Ivar landed in japan he sees Tyson and his family waiting for them. They instantly hugged and started talking trash while their parents started talking about business, family life, favorite heroes, and who's the best according to stats.
While their parents were talking they asked if they could explore the airport. They said we're going to be here for a couple of hours since it was 7 am in the morning but to meet near the baggage claim at 12 am. Ivar and Tyson agreed heading over to different stores ranging from Suits, sports gear, shoes, watches trying on different combinations. They critiqued each other's styles but not buying anything but making a mental note to come back after Ivar's family is settled.
The last place they stopped at was this video and board game store. There wasn't any video or board game that piqued their interest except this chess game display setup at this table. It's already 10 am so they decided to play until 11:55 am.
Thirty minutes into their game they hear and see this four-armed, 7'0ft, 30yr old man child and his group of 5 idiots trying to intimate these 2 couples trying to order food in line. They turn back to their game trying to ignore the commotion. It's not even 3 seconds they snap their head towards the couple again and realize those are their parents. Ivar and Tyson look at each other and knew it was going mode.
They get up and walk towards the group not caring if their quirked up or not. Tyson speaks up first and asked them if there's a problem. The group turns around looking at these 8-year-old boys, they take it as disrespect and decide to talk down to them like they're stupid.
Ivar and Tyson look at each other and decide we're not gonna use our quirks even if they do, we're just gonna beat the dog piss out them. So Tyson and Ivar began provoking them until the group gets pissed rushing towards them using their quirks and the group starts to get the worse 10min mugging ever.
The 7'0 idiot was just watching this all go down realizing that he messed up in the worse way ever. Their parents taped the man and told him: " You should probably apologize to us and maybe they won't kill you". He agreed, quickly turns around, looks at one of them calling an ambulance for them but the other one is breaking every one of his friend's hands and noses with an emotionless face. Then he looked this kid in the face and knew he wasn't going to make it out alive.
Tyson broke his last nose and asked Ivar: " Did you call the ambulance?". Ivar said: "Yeah, what do you wanna about him?".
Tyson looks at him, gets up slowly, and walks towards him standing 5ft in front of him watching him stutter/shake, and suddenly gets on his knees and ugly cry apology. Ivar walks next to Tyson asking if he needs a towel to clean these idiots' blood off his hands and face. He says " Not Yet". Ivar looks down at the big ball of snot and tears, telling him he accepts the apology. The Guy looks up at Ivar thanking him, but before the guy could get up Ivar brings his leg up and ax kicks his face into the ground cracking the floor and knocking him out cold.
The parents told them they're going to baggage claim and to meet them there. They both said "alright" Ivar checks his phone seeing its 11:45. Tyson looks at the unconscious man still pissed tells Ivar: I'm gonna break him now and without missing a beat breaks 2 of his four arms simultaneously waking him up screaming in pain. Tyson then breaks his other arms then hands, flips him over so now he's on his back, jumps 15 feet in the air landing on his stomach knee first knocking the air out of him and proceeds to punch him in the face twenty-five times while smiling saying " I take my apologies in blood". Tyson gets off him walks towards Ivar asking for the towel and cleans the blood of himself.
They see it's 11:50 decide it's time to go but Tyson seeing the man is still awake. He runs toward him and separates him from his consciousness with the meanest punk kicks. You hear Ivar in the back yelling " It's Good"! They see the man pissed and defecated himself, laughing about it and walks to the terminal to meet their parents. They get in the car and enjoy the ride to their house.
