Quirk: Brain Buster

- Brain buster allows the user to scramble the movements and physical intent his opponents have, causing them to the opposite of what they intended to do. At the sound of a clap, he can use his Quirk on any chosen victims. The quirk can only be activated once every four minutes, with the affect of the quirk only lasting two. As a side effect of this Quirk, he is able to clap away incoming projectiles repeatedly.

Trivia:
- After assisting the overseer in arresting a gang of thugs, he is asked to serve under The Overseer agency part time. Lee realizes it is very questionable to have a vigilante working alongside heroes, but sees the potential and young Dallas.

- He is a very charismatic teen, able to charm many with his positive compassionate demeanor.

- He has been sneaking around, following The Overseer on the job( Overseer knew he was lurking in the background) In hope's to one be able to team up with the famed detective.

- He is fresh out of high school and works at a mall part time. He falls for a regular customer. Her name is Vyra, and a young pro hero. She was successful going to a academia to gain a hero license and progress forward, while Dallas was not. He and his friend Nico go on vigilante missions when they have the time.

- He and Alden have a very rival based relationship. They but heads constantly due to them being almost complete opposites. The form a strong brotherly bond during the story.
