Quirk: One's Perception

One's Perception is a very odd yet extremely powerful quirk. If Oliver strikes intimidation, fear or hate within another person regarding himself, his overall speed, strength and durability is heightened to near godly levels. The more people that know of his horrific acts on society, will eventually feed into collateral's power. The more infamy he creates, the more powerful he is. No one currently knows about the nature of the Quirk he possesses.

Trivia:
- Collateral is one of the worlds most infamous villains, with a power level to rival All Mights' in his prime.

- He is responsible for the damson city massacre, killing nearly 7,000 people over the course of an hour.

- He is responsible for the deaths of Radiolad's wife and child

- After an country rattling battle with Radiolad, he was defeated. He currently serves in a prison amongst harsh cold mountains.

- He is the only inmate at this facility, as it was specially made for him.

- Once being broken out of prison, he seeks to continue his body count. He also intends on meeting Radiolad once again.

- He will kill both Heroes and Villains, he isn't picky.

- He has a softer spot for animals, surprisingly.

- During the beginning of the Overseer Saga, Collateral has currently been serving 8 years of 2,000 life time sentences.
