Quiang is a charismatic, cocky, manipulative, brutal, and ferocious woman with a sarcastic, inappropriate sense of humor.
Being the daughter of a Triad leader, Quiang developed an obsession towards power and a taste for blood. She’s a cold blooded killer who does not hesitate to brutalise those who disrespect her family.
Quiang has no respect to those she views as being weak and uses fear to keep those around her in line.
Due to her mother’s influence she came to firmly believe that being hard and brutal towards people makes them stronger and more included to survive.
Consequently, Quiang has great respect for those he views as strong, both physically and emotionally, and those who show bravery and defiance against her.
One of Quiang’s redeeming traits is her strong code of honour.
She’s a woman of her word and once she makes a promise she’ll go out of her way to honour it.
Quiang is fiercely devoted to her family and always puts them first, this sense loyalty extends not just to relatives but to those she developed genuine affection for and came to consider as an extended family.
Quiang is highly intelligent and is incredibly good at reading people and exploiting their weaknesses.
Because of her cunning mind and domineering personality she’s held in high regard by the members of her Triad and seen as a worthy successor to her mother.

Quirk: Huli-Jing

Quiang’s Quirk gives her the appearance of a Chinese fox spirit. Aside from having animal ears and a long fluffy tail, Quiang has sharp claws and fangs that can tear through flesh and bones. Quiang possesses superhuman agility that allows her to quickly dodge attacks and effortlessly navigate the environment around her. Being a predator, Quiang’s senses are heightened to levels well above human. She’s extremely adapted to nearly dark conditions and her superior reflexes allow her to quickly respond to danger. Her enhanced sense of smells allows her to detect subtle changes in scents around her, enabling him to detect approaching enemies and even sense her opponent’s fear. With her broad auditory range, Quiang can perceive tones outside the capabilities of the human ear as well as subtle sounds caused by vibrations on the ground.

Bio:

Quiang was born in Hong Kong, her mother being the leader of the Sun On Yee Triad.
From a young age she got involved in her mother’s criminal activities and acquired a taste for violence, in particular torture and extortion.
Her natural charisma, cunning mind and willingness to get her hands bloody eventually earned her the respect and fear of her fellow gangsters.
Quiang’s deeds soon attracted the interest of an allied criminal Syndicate from Tokyo, the Brotherhood of Gold, led by the devilish Morgana Walker who took a liking for the Triad heiress and often hired her services to deliver messages to those who defied her authority.
Quiang developed sincere respect and affection towards Morgana to the point of that she began referring to her as “Auntie”.
Upon seeing the state of Tokyo, a battleground for criminal organizations the likes of the League of Villains and Cypher competing for power and influence, Quiang saw an opportunity to enroll in UA Academy and pose as a heroine so that she would be in the frontlines hunting down her family’s enemies.
Thanks to her mother’s connections she was able to obtain a place in Class 1-B through a recommendation.
When the time came to introduce herself to her classmates and choose a hero name, a mischievous smile formed on her lips. She was to become the Huntress, with the entirety of Tokyo being her hunting ground.

Trivia:

- She’s named after Wang Quiang, also known as Wang Zhaojun, one of the four beauties of ancient China

- Her appearance and personality are based on Daji, a sadistic fox spirit from Chinese mythology

- Her style and mannerisms are a reference to Negan from the Walking Dead

- The name Sun On Yee is a reference to the Hong Kong Triad featured in the game Sleeping Dogs
