That looks like a lightsaber on his hip...which would be so awesome, I'm pretty sure my fangirl heart would die from joy. XD As always, I LOVE what you've done and all the little details like the look of his eyes and the intricacy of his tattoo. Tattoos have a special place in my heart and this one has earned a prime spot there. ^__^

Long time no see Feimo! It's been a long time that you didn't post a new art~
You really impress me on each drawing... Sometimes I think~ where do you have so many cool ideas? These characters remimbers me of Samurai Warriors on some way.
His tatoo is similar to mine, and is in the left arm too~ (Mine is a dragon of the same style and the center is written "Hanzo Hattori")
Anyway, hope you read this comment (I know that is almost impossible). I'm a huge fan and I really enjoy your work, but it's the first time that I decided to leave a comment.
When I'm training my drawings, I always take a art from you to have some reference. Helps a lot, but is - of course - difficult to have some nice contrast.
