Firstly let me explain, i'm not here to quarrel or blame someone.These days western world have a voice of "free tibet". Some of them even suggest to boycott the Beijing Olympic.
I see several quarrels on DA about it.
I just feel so bad for it.
I don't want to say agree or disagree here, i just want to say the truth.
By the way , I'm a selfish person, tibet problem is never my business. I just don't like people say dirty words to each other. DA is just a place for art and people who love art.
Here is what i know about Tibet.
The start is , a few people instigated the enmity , that caused tibet people (sorry i don't know how to translate it )killed some innocent passerby. Some foreigners faced the event, they can prove it true.
Again, i don't want to blame anyone, i just don't like violence.
That's all I want to say.
Why we don't just to choose a peace world? why fight?
Gossip means nothing, please use your own eyes.
I hope everyone can clam down, the "freers(i mean free + er...XD)",and our chinese.
Please make sure what's the truth.
And I don't know what's wrong with Olympic, it's just a sport game, i think it's pure, why don't just talk about sports?
You may be agree, thank you. You may disagree, that's all right.
I'm just here to say STOP quarreling on DA.
Please clam down.
1 year before, when i first registered here, it was a place that the only language was art.
I want to see the world again.

As for the dA drama, I'm with you! I believe in peace, but I also believe a fight is worth fighting if people are willing to lose there life for it. The Tibetan people must want to be free, if we truly want to support them. And under the color of blood, we should all support each other.
As for dA I feel art is a many things including a way to voice our opinions and wisdoms of the many things we believe and have learned. If we can create it then we can, should be wise enough to except each others opinions and agree to disagree in the end. We shouldn't be causing an upheaval here! Not the way you've described it!!
We are the free thinking world here! Let your mind, be free!!

I'm sorry there was a political debate here, where it does not belong. Some people just use any place they can find to air their views even if the place is not appropriate. DA is a refuge from the world and only beauty should be here. You create beautiful pictures and share them with people like me. If everyone just wanted to create beauty there would be no war or oppression. Your English is as amazing as your art. Do you know that English is one of the hardest languages to learn? That you write it so well is a tribute to the effort you put into learning it. Your dedication shows in your language skills and your art.

If you don't want to turn dA into a political place don't contribute to that developement by writing politically naive descriptions.

I know what you mean. I hear people all the time talking about it and I always tell them to leave it be and stop because they have really no real grasp of the situation nor do I for one and so I choose not to give my opinion on it at all. If people want to argue about it they should go to a forum specifically for that purpose or have a discussion with their own friends because alot of people are just sick of all the arguing about Tibet and the bashing of the Chinese people and their government. Just love your fellow man for once please! This world needs more loving and less hating.

I love your work Feimo as always your works are just briliant but you have to realize that same thing happens in each country which hosts Olympics.
Last time when it was in Sydney a lot of turmoil because of the aborigines and their rights.. now it's with china.
The truth is China does not belong in Tibet. It was proclaimed as illegal occupancy by international Laws so their claims are real and true.
But, I agree with you, here on DA ppl should not be hateful or take political sides. Art has the same language and same love everywhere

I get what you're saying about the whole China/Tibet/Olympics thing - and i saw on the news today that someone even tried to extinguish the flame - i mean, it's just gone way too far... and isn't that flame like, a symbol for hope anyways? why try and stop it from burning? i just don't get it...

I have to agree and to disagree with you
The "war" on Tibet shouldn't be a part of DA, as long as people cannot face each other in a normal and civilized way, but if they show their feelings about the infringement of human rights in their art, I think that's a good way to do it, don't you agree?
However, perhaps you have been insulted by a few persons? I know, you're located in China, but you have nothing to do with your politicians, as you just said. I'm angry an disappointed on european and especially american way of presenting the news on TV or newspaper.
