Hey, I of course, think you're one of the best artists here on this site. Personally, you draw like Kishi's assistants: flawless and with great technique. BUT...and this is a big but...
Despite the art being 10/10 (100/10, 5 stars quality art, I'd buy your art in the bookstore), the story is too bland. Too plain. I feel a lack of conflict in it, and thus I'm questioning why someone with a talented hand of yours, isn't investing her time into more fulfilling story-arc? What I mean to say is, at this point, I'm not hooked onto the plot. It's AU, there's not much drama, no clear conflict, and the ultimate end problem I'm getting at...isn't me or the reader's interest. The main problem is, you as an artist have less angles to focus at. Finding a more multi-dimensional story to draw, would have allowed you as an artist to explore much more, I think, such as create a better 'cinematography' to represent some deeper rather than shallow situations.
There were good pages in this fan-manga, but for the most part, I've got nothing to look forward to in this story. Scattered cool scenes, with Naruto on stage with Marco and Sasuke in the audience that's like the needle in the haystack with this one. With your quality of art and commitment, I'd have preferred an actual flow of suspense and anticipation, drama, comedy, whatever. In the end, it's not bad, you're inherently amazing and it's trickling into the corners of the panel like glittering gold paint. But if I were you, with all that talent and with so little time, I'd put the energy to more grand expeditions.
I admire your work very much, and without doubt not trying to strike any personal nerves here (although that's hard to do with any criticism). I truly do think your level of skill is above this kind of project, though.

this is your point of view, but i think this story is interesting as it is. we are just on the fashbaks right now, and something happened between naruto and sasuke, so thre is a conflict between them, i thing we are getting to the point but before, she want to explain exactly how did things turned out like that. yeah of course thee is not really a big conflict like in manga, but this don´t make it less interesting, think about it 
PS: you are right she is really skillful, but you should also accept and appreciate what she does, because she like it
