First of all, it's not expensive at all. The reason why people think that 100 points or so is expensive is because juvenile artists like to sell their things for 20 points about. which isn't a bad thing, but for an artist that actually needs the points for money, that's practically nothing. 100 points is $1 USD. What is an artist going to do with 40 cents? The prices of art professionally is around at least $10 or more, and perhaps less quality artists will sell for less than that. Good designs are worth the money, and if it doesn't sell, artists get the idea that they might be overcharging and lower the prices on their own.
$1.50 is not expensive at all. I think people don't understand that artists that really need money can't sell for as cheaply as some want. It's like children exchange nickels all the time, but in the real world, people can't do anything with 10 cents. (all working in USD, by the way.)
In addition, "bull shit", as you kindly put it, is one word. don't curse because it doesn't make you seem any cooler to anyone. It just makes you sound like a ignorant douchebag ;> (especially when you spell your curse wrong!)
Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but honestly, you don't need to go blasting your opinions rudely to people who are trying to make money. If you think it's "expensive as hell" then please keep that to yourself and move on.
