The holes in her shirt are cause in her sprite it looks like her top is kind of in that style.

Wow...I love Undyne & you've drawn her so cute-looking here!! Love the pose & her slender-looking physique. Nice job on her finned ears & hair. I'd love to see you add the webbing between her fingers, too...completes her fishy look with the gills & finned ears! Heck, a pose showing her webbed toes would look great, too!!

Not bad ^-^ The hands do look a little awkward though. The left should be more turned and the right should be on her side more, and the shoulders could stand to be more even, the left shoulder being slightly too long in width, I think. I hope you dont mind the bit of constructive criticism, because other than that it looks nice

No you're definitely right! I struggled a lot with the arms and hands and tried to fix them a few times but this was the best I could come up with. It's something I need to study more.
