McNair have found an entrance to a cave a while back in one of his night wanderings, but ended up forgetting to get back to it and explore it. With the fire exercise Netty scheduled them, he thought it was a perfect opportunity to do so. Took him some hours of walking, resting, snacking and taking notes until he eventually reached an underground lake. And boy, was it stunning! He didn't expect to find so much glowstone in a single place! He will definitely put his melting material ability to use and bring some back with him!
At least he won't have to use his pretty candle as a night-writing light source anymore.
Ok, I'm glad I was able to color this because I almost submitted a WIP/lineart in one of my panic moments XD I just REALLY needed him to pass ok? haha
I was afraid I would get lazy and not finish it if I did that so I forced myself multiple times (with the little free time I have) to keep working until I got to this!
I honestly really liked the final outcome! And someone got real dragon wings and rosettes >W> hehe
