Red exists in the Pokémon universe (non-canonically) and Eevee Party.

Some physical design notes:
- Red is an Eevee fused with a Ditto, so she has the ability to manipulate her body in whatever way she wants. This includes both simple body manipulations like adding wings and more complex ones like turning into an entirely different species. She could also remove her little hair tuft thing too, technically, but I like fluffy Red better than bald Red.
- Absolutely tiny. Literally a midget. I'm not joking. (Here's a height reference .)
- Her paw pads, tongue, etc. are all that pink color in the pallet.
- Her entire design is symmetrical minus the way her head fur is styled.
- Fluffy and soft. Pet her.
- She is also a minor so please don't draw anything too whack so you don't end up in jail.
- Can be drawn anthro (digi, planti or other, I don't really care) too. I'll have a separate reference up for that later.

Some personality notes:
- Friendly
- Sarcastic- she LIVES for irony (and destroying stereotypes)
- Outgoing
- "Thick-skinned"
- Stoic
- Generally tolerant
- Unassuming
- Smart-ass
- Competitive
- Loud
- Irritable around family
- Cynical
- Doesn't trust easily
- Is actually really lonely but refuses to try to change that. Holds everyone at an arm's distance. ;^)

Extras:
- Likes offensive jokes, winning, drawing, showing off her competence, and people that like her.
- Dislikes being helped, losing, closed-minded people, and being unable to come up with good comebacks.
- A little (internally) vain, probably.
