Thanks! Well that one "Rangiku" was well colored, I think that sometimes someone suck at coloring, drawing or anything because he keepes it in mind try to think I can color well and pratice some more that you'll do something cool again.

That's a really nice drawing there of a bird. I've always found renderings of animals to be especially difficult and time consuming to do and look right. So many kudos there. The colors are rather pretty and attrative to the eye as well making it a good looking piece overall.

but this is just a easy tecnique, just draw your art and color it using soft pastels, smotth with apiece of cloth and color again using the same colors over the smoothed area.
For more precision I used the pastel pencil for the color black because the black is the contour and needed thinner lines.

Just like every thing in drawing just need some pratice, the first one will be horrible, the second one prbably little better and as long as you keep praticing your coloring will become even better, at least I didnt show my first ones here.
They would probably scare people who take a look at my gallery.
If you want to at least try to do something with colors you may search for color on the DA tutorial section, you may find some cool hints.

this one of your strongest drawings
the contour was well done
and it is with the contour that you should seek to refine (color is a complication you should limit for now if drawing is your goal )
there are many ways to help you see the outer contour better
the better the outer and inner contour is done the easier and better it will be to shade and color
if you have questions or would rather communicate via note feel free to drop me a note on any drawing you would like feed back on
and i agree that you can develop and already have some of the needed skills to be a good artist
if you develop a strong work ethic and focus on it as a discipline you will reach the level of skill you desire

Hey thanks, I also started collecting some books for study too about drawing, I think I'll just finish some drawing already started and then start reading the books I've found and I also think I'll have to focus myself a little more on anatomy and perspective studies.

it's hard to focus on it all at once
if you focus on contour the rest will get easier
its all seeing and measuring angle and size against the first
correct mark (you don't have to know the name of a muscle or it's function to draw it you just have to see it well)
