she looks so...unreal!
Like Sasha I really thought this to be a Render, not a photograph!
I just don't know where that effect is coming from.
Part of it is for sure her immaculate beauty... and I think the "unreal" illumination and the perfectly silky texture of her skin is adding a lot to it as well...
but that's not all of it.
I'll have to come back and have another look at it.

However... it is a wonderful and beautiful work, that's dragging me into it!

You weren't the only one. Its the contrast of black and lighting. Plus the specular look.
