I like it's scuba-diver themed gear and especially the colorscheme you've used. He reminds me somewhat of Bubbleman from Megaman 2 ... the nostalgia :_)

-In the start there's 8 different bosses to be challenged in fancy themed levels.
-Once you manage to defeat a boss you'll gain acces to his unique powers.
-Every power can be very beneficial under the right circumstances.
-These first 8 bosses could be defeated in any order though some ways are easier than others.

I like the torso, but the legs are pretty awful, and the arms are nothing special.
The head looks nice but may need some refinement.
Overall, this is a nice moc, but I think that the limbs need some serious reworking

That's really cool. The head looks great, love how you got the eyes on there. To me it looks like a blue-skinned guy with a ninja mask/breathing apparatus. I see he has a backpack of some sort where he gets air from, made from the Gadunka head? Very nice use for that part.
I really love the colors, bright yellow-orange and that dark blue together look wonderful, and the creation as a whole really feels like a Bionicle-Era guy.. I like it a lot.
How long did it take you to put all this together?
