Description
Originally an amalgamation of Metal Gear Solid's Sniper Wolf and StarFox Adventures' Krystal, this character has since, via subtle changes, become a character all of my own, under the name 'Madame K'. I was very proud of this image at the time I drew it (about 2 years ago), with Crayola pencil-crayons and everything; and a few of my friends became very attached to it. If you know what I mean. I could probably do better nowadays, but, sad to say, I haven't had the chance/inclination to do any coloured stuff for a long time. Maybe soon...Elements of Sniper Wolf are © Konami Computer Entertainment Japan.
Elements of Krystal are © Nintendo.
(But Mademoiselle K is © myself. Wah!)

The thing that I enjoy the most about this picture, other than that it's an anthroporphic character of an animal that is a sniper of all things, is the look of confidence in her eyes and on her face. Excellent job I say.

The rifle is based on the PSG-1, aye - though the details probably aren't spot-on.
Thanks for the comment.

Hmm, I like this. The colors are fun and I like the design of that gun there. It's grand for Crayola pencils, but they always seem to make the outlines a bit harder to see. Prismacolors might work really well for you...though they are a tad expensive

Holy crap, that's alluring. Ooooooh, so nice. *chuckle* Loving it. You've got Krystal in a half-MG, half-Bond style, and with the obscured eye by the hair, this looks sharper than a tack! Awesome. I love the way you've rendered the gun, in addition, and I've got to say I admire your ability to convey detail and clarity in such rough media.
Critique:
Jesus, not much. Her tail should probably be a bit bigger, fluffier, and naturally curved as to convey her sexiness even more, but that's all I can see for now. Awesome!

And if I must criticise this one myself - that shadowing on her hair is rubbish ...
But hey - who in the hell's looking at her hair, eh?

Roffle. This is true. The really dark shading on her neck confused me for a bit, I have to admit, but the rest really is quite neat. I mean, I have made 1,816 comments, and on all of those, I've added a total of 80, counting yours, to my favorites. I'm not easily impressed.

*feels suitably chuffed* Ace.
I think the neck-shadow was me trying to retain the obliqued inked style of the actual MGS images (umm, with crap pencils), and then subsequently getting carried away and forgetting about it. Mhh.

Danke schön! And cheers for the +favourite, too! Nowadays she's a little different, so as to distinguish her from both Krystal and Wolf (so that I don't get sued off the face of the planet should I decide to use her for something commercial - which, you never know, may be in the offing at some point) - but not so much that you wouldn't recognise her.

Well, heck. Even minor adjustments would work, being that your style differs so much from Krystal. And believe me, you could make it commercially. I've been drawing three years, and never thought I'd get anywhere, because I just enjoyed it as a hobby. Now I'm seventeen and already have a career in it, illustrating books. So look out for it.

Thank you! Yeah... I'd like to see some newer work myself, I've had a lot of personal issues lately that have kind of put paid to that.. Such is life.
Still - I'm out on my own now, in the midst of a vibrant, inspiring city - so once I find my feet, hopefully I'll be able to oblige. Without trying to sound clichéd: "Watch this space..."
