This painting is a model for a bigger painting that i'll began this summer. The real one will size 14' x 7'. It is to celebrate the links between Ireland and Quebec (Many Irish came to Quebec during the big hunger in 1847).Related content

Oh the colours are gorgeous. I wish I could paint waves like that... I know this is a model, and you probably did this on purpose, but I'd like to see more detail on the people. They almost look like stick people, and that's a weird contrast with that lovely sky and sea.

I really like the Ocean. It seems to have more detail than anything else in the picture (whether intentional or not). The color scheme you chose for this is also very fitting! Keep up the good work
